Stamping Sunday Blog Hop: Jan – June Mini 2022 Sneak Peek

Merry Christmas! Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! I’m Lynsay Mahon from Edmonton, Alberta Canada. Each month our team posts projects related to the theme selected and this month is very exciting! We have a new mini catalogue coming out on January 4th which means that this month I got to to preview some spectacular new products!

I’m a big fan of the Rainbow of Happiness Bundle! It has cheerful images and greetings and the stamp set allows you to build rainbows in a variety of sizes and colours.

The best part is during January and February Stampin’ Up! has a Saleabration event and there is incredible 6″x6″ paper that coordinates with the bundle called Sunshine & Rainbows. I used both the bundle and the paper on these projects.

My first project shows a cute little card that just makes me happy.

I love that the dies have little clouds to help create more texture.

I also wanted to make a little thank-you gift that holds a chocolate kiss.

I used the Sweet Hearts Dies to help make this little bag. I used the mini envelop to create the base of the treat bag and then wrapped the designer series paper around the flaps of the envelop.

You can see the base here. It helps to use really sticky tape to adhere the designer series paper.
