Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! Each month the team chooses a theme and shares projects related to it. This month the theme is Beyond Basic. We got to choose papers from page 139 of the Annual Catalogue that shows specialty papers.
There are so many great papers to choose from in the Annual Catalogue. I brought in a few specialty papers on my projects this month.
My first project featured the new Ringed With Nature Bundle. It was such a fun contrast to use the natural embossed images mixed with the Distressed Gold Specialty Paper.
I love the look of the gold and the Parakeet Party In Color together. And the Lovely Layers Vellum made for a fun background. A added a piece of Basic White behind it to help highlight it.
I created a gift bag to coordinate with this card.
The kraft gift bag works so nicely with the natural images of the bundle. This would make a great treat bag for neighbours or friends as a little party thank-you.
The gift bags accept stamped images really well.
