This month, our projects are featuring “Acrylic Block Stamping.” An acrylic block, or clear block, is what we attach cling and photopolymer stamps to work with them. These blocks come in a variety of sizes and make for some pretty great “stamps” in their own way.
On my project, I showcased how to create a natural scene using the long “I” block.

To create the grass and the sky, I used the “I” block as the stamp. I stamped it in Pear Pizzaz Classic Ink and then sprayed the block with alcohol, so the ink became saturated, before I stamped it onto Basic White Cardstock. The sky used Balmy Blue Classic Ink with the same steps.

I love how the ink and alcohol react to give an organic feel to the background!
I finished up the project using the Tulip Fields Bundle. Doesn’t this card just feel like spring?
