Welcome to the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop! I’m Lynsay Mahon from Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Each month our team picks a theme, and crafters from around the world showcase their talents depicting the theme. This month, each person got to choose their favourite items from the new Mini Catalogue to share.
I’m SUCH a big fan of this mini catalogue, so choosing an item was really challenging. However, I opted to settle on a suite that has a combo of cute bundles and Stampin’ Memories & More cards, making for adorable Christmas crafting: The Gingerbread & Peppermint Suite.
The first project is a Christmas Card showcasing the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Card Pack and the Gingerbread & Peppermint Memories & More Cards & Envelopes. I also brought in the coordinating Frosted Gingerbread Bundle.

I used my Paper Snips to fussy cut the star from the Memories & More card. The circles are from the Gingerbread Dies. I added foam adhesive sheets to the back of the Basic White Cardstock to add the pattern to the background and added the star stickers from the Memories & More pack.

I used the Stitched Rectangle Dies to cut out the scalloped rectangle from the Memories & More Cards & Envelopes. I wanted to create an extra layer with a piece of the Early Espresso Cardstock.

The next project uses the Kraft Gift Boxes. I wanted to use the window cut out to create a shaker box.

Because the box already has the window cut with a window sheet, the rest of the shaker box comes together quickly! I used Foam Adhesive Strips to secure the paper behind the window, allowing the sequins to move freely.

I used the Gingerbread & Peppermint Acrylic Shapes to accessorize the box.

Be sure to hop along with the rest of the Stamping Sunday Blog Hop team to get more great ideas using the new Mini Catalogue products. Click on the blue button below to see a list of the team.

What a great idea to turn the gift box into a shaker box! And those die cut circles on your card had me hunting for the details — they are so effective!
