I really love the effect of blending brushes and masks together. To make this fun card, I used my blending brushes to add extra depth to the Artistry Blooms Designer Series Paper. Then I layered a mask and used Whisper White Craft Ink to create the effect of bubbles.
I used my Chalk Marker (one of my new/old obsessions) to create the little bubbles in the background.
The Shark Frenzy Bundle from the Spring Catalogue completes the underwater look with all of the fun extras!
I bet the recipient of this card won’t be able to read it and not sing along!
