Episode 36 of “Why Did I Buy This?” featured the Gold Hoop Embellishments from the annual catalogue. These delicate hoops are beautiful on their own or can be adjusted with techniques to fit your projects!
One of the things that I wanted to showcase is how to transform a gold hoop into another colour!
On this card, I used versa mark to cover the gold hoop. I then sprinkled White Stampin’ Emboss Powder over it and with my Heat Tool, embossed until melted. This gave me the white hoop you see here!
I love that you can change the metallics to match the project or even use Stampin’ Blends over the white to coordinate with any of our cardstock colours!
