I’m a huge fan of colouring! I love how much colouring livens up a projects. But sometimes, you just don’t have the time or patience to be able to do detailed colouring. Cue the Sponge Daubers…
Sponge Daubers are a tool that get a ton of use in my studio. They fit on your finger like a thimble, and have a bitty, little sponge end that are made for blending.
If you need colouring done quickly, Sponge Daubers are your answer. You can sponge the ink directly over the image to give the illusion of a fussy colouring job, but have it take only seconds.

The Sponge Dauber even gives the ability to lighten or darken certain parts of the image to be able to give an even more detailed look.
I used my snips to fussy cut out this image, so I didn’t even need to stay in the lines while I was colouring it. Talk about fast!
