I started the “Why Did I Buy This?” series as a way to help crafters who have supplies in their possession, but maybe have not idea what to use them for! It is also a great place for new crafters to get ideas of what they’d like to see in their collection!
Episode 13 of “Why Did I Buy this?” featured an often overlooked product – Shimmer Paint. Be warned… once you’ve tried this paint, you’ll be hooked!

The Champagne Mist is a little more translucent than the White and both are very shimmery!
It’s hard to photograph just how stunning the shimmer paint is, but if you look close you can see the shimmery, black cardstock.
Sometimes these kinds of products are easy to forget about, but I urge you to give Shimmer Paint a try (or a re-try) – you’re going to feel like a superstar crafter!
