Where the Rubber Hits the Marker

Episode 12 of “Why Did I Buy This?” featured one of Stampin’ Up!’s most versatile inks: Stampin’ Write Markers.

One of the things that makes Stampin’ Write Markers so incredible, is you can colour directly onto your stamps to mimic our ink pads. Markers give you a lot more control because you can change the colour within one image, omit sections of the stamp or even colour onto it with two markers to get a two toned look.

This card highlights some simple stamping, but what I love about it is how adding Stampin’ Write markers into the mix, elevates this simple card to another level.

The line drawn image was coloured with Stampin’ Write markers, and the greeting was added by colouring directly onto the rubber!

You can see how I made this card by catching the replay of Episode 12 of “Why Did I Buy This?”
