Stamping Sunday Blog Hop: Little Twinkle

Welcome to the Stamping Sunday blog hop!   You have just arrived in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada, and I am Lynsay Mahon.  You can see the list of the design team members to hop along with today, by clicking on the blue button:

This month, our team is featuring products from the “Twinkle Twinkle” suite! The soft and subtle colours really make this a dreamy suite!  Look how quickly a card can come together using these adorable supplies:

I love that the builder punch has the ability to create both a crescent moon and stars and that the stamp set is more than just a baby set.  Take for example this card:

Little Twinkle-002

This could easily be an anniversary card, or even a graduation card!

The background was created using the Artisan Textures stamp set.  I inked the stamp, spritzed it with water and stamped it onto Shimmery White cardstock (my fav!!).  I used a heat tool to speed up the drying process.

You’ll notice that I have glued paper stars over the watercolor background.  The other thing I’ve done is incorporated our new Shimmer Paint into the background!  Can you see the dots?

This was done by dipping a stylus directly into the paint and dropping it onto the card front.  It’s a really affordable way to add an “accessory!”  Thanks to my friend Leah for teaching me this tip!

We have 4 colours of Shimmer Paint available in our new Holiday catalogue!  You can shop from this catalogue starting September 5, 2018.

Another project I wanted to share fit into the “cute” side of this suite:

This tiny take out box is another sneak peak from our Holiday catalogue!  Obviously it has so many more uses than holiday gifting!  Wouldn’t this make a cute favour at a baby shower?

You can see I’ve incorporated some of the coordinating designer series paper to create the panels.  I used the builder punch to accessorize the front, and added some more Shimmer Paint dots!
