Paper pumpkin is Stampin’ Up!’s monthly craft subscription service. Imagine this. Every month, you receive a beautiful red box delivered to your door. You open it up to find blue tissue paper, wrapping your newest craft project up like a little present. You unwrap it to find every supply you need to create an exclusive project (and sometimes multiple projects).
Don’t have Paper Pumpkin yet? Here are 3 reasons that you should sign up today!
- Exclusive stamp sets
Every month, your Paper Pumpkin kit comes with an exclusive photopolymer stamp set! These can’t be purchased outside of the kits, and they are so useful to add to your collection. Not only can you use it to complete your Paper Pumpkin project, but you then have it to use for all of your other craft needs!
2. Collect all of the ink colours!
Every Paper Pumpkin kit comes with ink spots. These are 1″x 1″ ink pads. Don’t be fooled by their small size! You can use them to ink up any size stamp and can even be re-inked! Stampin’ Up! doesn’t repeat colours so within a year, you will have received at least 12 colours (or more as some kits come with two!). This is a very affordable way to build your ink collection.
3. It’s a class in a box
We are all busy. Sometimes, you just want to be crafty, but not have to think about the design and layout, or (gasp) cut paper. Paper Pumpkin has taken all of the fussy work out of the equation. I’m showing here the most recent Paper Pumpkin kit I received (February 2017) and this what came in it. These are the cards it was designed to make:
When you pull the tab at the bottom, the words read through the cut out in the card. Super clever and cute.
Maybe you’re not an “inside the box” creative person? That’s ok – use the supplies to come up with something totally your own! Check out what I made with supplies from February’s kit:
I love the font from the stamp set and I used the card base as designer series paper.
